I have been interested in questions and answers of spirituality and human capability for many years and have pursued this field as an Interfaith minister Spirituality can be referring to a fundamental truth or inspiring aspect of humanity; an inner path enabling a person to discover the essence of his or her being, or the deepest principles and meanings by which people live. The term spirituality refers to an individual solitary search for and discovery of the absolute or the Divine. It involves direct mystical experience of God, or realization of vast awareness as in Buddhism. Spirituality carries with it a conviction that transcendent is real, and it requires some sort of Spiritual practice that acts as a catalyst to inner change and growth. It is primarily personal, but also has a social dimension. Spirituality is an inner fire that is derived from mysticism in a form of mystical substance that feeds the Souls. The mystical journey drives us into ourselves, to a sacred flame at our center. According to a survey, some 24/4% of the United States inhabitants identifies it as Spiritual, because Spirituality is defined as a search within oneself. The experience of Spirituality; is the human emotions of wonder, and reverence, also the province of the worldly logic, in response to their uppermost morals, when observing, studying the natural world, or the creation. The purpose of Spiritual practice is to realign our consciousness with what is highest, deepest and truest in us. To remember what really matters, who we really are. also to remember and reconnect to the Source of our being, as well as recognizing that the same Source is in everyone and everything. We offer our minds to be healed of all of our fear-based and separation-based thoughts, perceptions, choices, and actions and ask instead, that love may direct us in all we think, say and do. Spiritual practices, includes; meditation, prayer, and fasting. Spirituality is associated with mental health, managing substance abuse, marital functioning, parenting and coping.
